Many Challenges

Wet Season

Remote Logistics
Spence's Project Management team planned and procured ways to tackle the sizeable importation requirement for material for the project. The team did this through extensive procurement and planning processes to find the best for delivery
Required Timeframe
Spence were given an ambitious completion target from the client due to wet season and funding constraints for the project. Through adequate use of owned and hired resources, Spence delivered well within the requested timeframe.
